Sreekumar has served the State Government sincerely for 33 years in multifarious designations. The treasure chest of his commendable experience displays him having served executive posts like Intelligence Inspector, Commercial Tax Officer, Intelligence Officer, Law officer, Agricultural Income Tax Asst. Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner (Assessment), Intelligence Asst Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner (Law) etc. for a period of 29 years. He is currently practicing in the High Court of Kerala mainly on Tax laws and Service rules. He has inexplicable command over Sales Tax and Income Tax laws, Service Tax Act, Service rules of Government employees and Agricultural Income Tax laws.
He is pursuing the career of an advocate in the High Court of Kerala, KVAT Tribunals, CESTAT, Bangalore and various appellate authorities under the KVAT Act, Central Excise Act (Service Tax Division), State Service Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram for the last 9 years. He has also joined forces with corporate leaders like Havells India Ltd, Crompton Greaves Ltd, Kirloskar Bros Ltd, TTK Prestige Ltd, Super Gas Ltd, Kalyan Silks Ltd, Thrissur, Novelty Textiles, EKM, Kottaram Group of Companies, EKM and Colombo Group.
