The next page will show you all the listing information divided into 7 tabs: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Vital Info, Variations, Offer, Images, Description, Keywords<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">, and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">More Details<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">. Each of these tabs carries a different set of fields to be filled with product information. We\u2019ll discuss each of them in the following sections.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><b>1. Vital Info<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Product Name <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">is the first field that comes under the Vital Info tab. The title is the first thing that your potential customer notices about your product. Write a compelling product name packed with keywords, your value proposition, and more. The information about the product line, material or key feature, product type, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">colour, size, or packaging\/quantity is the possible assets that can be added to the title. Also, stick on to the character limit while writing this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Manufacturer and Product Name <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">are the next fields to be filled. You may use your brand\/company name on both the fields if you are selling your own private-label product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">is a unique number given by the manufacturer for identifying specific products. You\u2019ll need this only if your product is actually a replacement part of another product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Package Quantity <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">needs to be mentioned based on your type of product. For example, if you were selling a Mobile Phone, you\u2019d be selling 1 mobile phone rather than a \u201cpack\u201d of mobile phones. So, you\u2019ll be entering 1 in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Specify the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Material Type <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">of your product. You can choose the type of material from the list of materials they provide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Select your product\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Color and Color Map <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">in the next field. You can leave the ColorMap field empty if you want. The product <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Shape <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">can be mentioned if it\u2019s relevant to your product, else you may leave it empty. But you may get an exemption depending on your product category. You can utilize this exemption using the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">GTIN Exemption Reason <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">field.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Related Product ID Type and Related Product ID <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">fields need to be filled in if your product is linked to another product by entering the other product\u2019s ID. And you can leave this field empty if this product is sold only by you on Amazon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Item Display Dimensions and Weight,\u00a0 Weight Supported, and Display Maximum Weight Recommendations, Shaft Length <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">are fields which ask for your product\u2019s physical parameters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Finally, you need to fill in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Product ID, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">which can be GCID, UPC, or EAN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><b>2. Variations<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Under the Variations tab, you can clearly specify if your product has <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">a variety of colours or sizes or any other distinct variations.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> You can choose the variation that applies to your product based on the option given in the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">After this, you\u2019ll be directed to give further details on the variation you chose just before. Fill in those fields, and click on the \u201cAdd Variations\u201d button. And finally fill the following tab to link those variations with the product ID, type, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><b>3. Offer<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Here, use the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Import Designation <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">field to specify where your product is being made, or if it\u2019s imported. There are other fields such as <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Country of Publication, Seller Warranty Description, Release Date, Country as Labeled, Is Gift Wrap Available, and Offering Can Be Gift Messaged,\u00a0 Tax Code <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">that can be filled if those are applicable to your product. (P.S., these are self-explanatory fields for you!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">In the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Fulfillment Latency <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">field<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">,\u00a0 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">you can indicate the time required to ship the product once it has been ordered (This is only when you\u2019re not using fulfilment by Amazon).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Mention your <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Restock Date. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Write a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Legal Disclaimer <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">for your product using the right wordings. You can contact your manufacturer or seek legal aid if you are unsure about writing this on your own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Choose your product\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Start selling date. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">If your product is signed by someone, mention the product\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Signed By. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Next is to choose whether you want to fulfil the orders of your product or allow Amazon to fulfil them.
