Role Overview
As an HR and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in various functions of our company, including employee recruitment and retention, training and development, client payments and billing, and general operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an MBA degree, strong fluency in English, and a pleasing personality. Freshers are welcome to apply for this role, where they can leverage their academic learning in a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management: Develop and execute successful recruitment strategies, manage employee onboarding, training and development, and retention strategies. Responsible for creating and updating employee records and managing employee timesheets.
Operational Management: Keep track of client payments, handle expense tracking and billing, manage vendor relations, and ensure all operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensure timely billing and follow-ups on payments, manage contracts and agreements, and address client queries effectively.
Compliance and Policy Management: Stay updated on industry legal standards and compliance requirements, ensure adherence to the company’s internal policies and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in strategic planning, set goals for different teams, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent command over English (both written and spoken).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and HR policies.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly.
